Have a specially prepared conference banquet or part of the program on a boat. We will prepare all the facilities and provide you with the assistance from our coordinators.

What can arrange:

Technical facilities - slide projector, press and assembly materials.

A hall for presentations that includes the screen or LCD.

Coffee break or lunch, and/or a continual supply of coffee and other beverages.

Our coordinator will be on site to help you in case of unexpected situations.
